Refund Policy

How refunds work

Because work begins as soon as you subscribe, and design time can’t be un-spent (believe me, I’ve tried), subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

Your better options

• Pause instead of cancel. Unused days are banked for when you return.
• Cancel anytime. You won’t be billed again, and you keep access until the end of the current cycle.
• Talk to me. If something isn’t working, tell me. I’d much rather fix it than lose you.

Exceptions

If you were charged in error, double-billed, or experienced a significant service failure on our side, email [email protected] within 14 days and we’ll make it right, including a full or partial refund where appropriate.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. Most issues get resolved within one business day, and it saves everyone a headache.
