The origin story (abridged, with less crying)

I spent years designing for agencies and startups. The work was great. The process was not. Projects took weeks because briefs bounced between four people before reaching the person actually opening Figma. Clients paid for that overhead, and they waited for it too.

So I cut out everything that wasn’t design. No account managers, no proposals, no project quotes. Just one flat monthly price and a queue of requests that I work through, fast. Clients get senior work in about a day. I get to do what I love: design. And occasionally sleep.

The name? It’s a joke about how much I’m willing to do for one flat fee. The workload is real; the suffering is mostly theatrical. I have a nice chair. I have a great coffee machine. I am fine. (Blink twice if you need help.)
