F.A.Q.
Questions? I’ve got answers.
Everything you wanted to know about unlimited design but were too polite to ask. Still stuck? Ask me directly.
Pricing & billing
How much does DesignSlave cost?
One flat price: $500 per month for unlimited design requests and unlimited revisions. No setup fees, no contracts, no surprise invoices. Pause or cancel whenever you like.
Why is it so cheap compared to agencies?
No account managers, no office with a kombucha tap, no 14-person kickoff meeting. You talk directly to one senior designer, and I keep overhead close to zero. Agencies bill for their process; I bill for pixels. My therapist bills separately.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contract and no minimum. It is a month-to-month subscription. Cancel from your billing portal anytime and you keep everything you have paid for.
How does pausing work?
Billing runs in 31-day cycles. If you pause after using 10 days, you have 21 days banked to use whenever you come back. Vacations, slow quarters, existential crises: all valid reasons to pause.
Are there really only 2 spots left?
Yes. I keep a small client list so every request gets senior-level attention and 24-hour turnaround. When the spots fill, new clients join a short waitlist. It’s not a sales trick, it’s a sleep-protection policy.
Requests & turnaround
What does "unlimited design requests" actually mean?
Add as many requests to your queue as you want. I work through them one at a time (two at a time on busy weeks), and most single requests land within 24–48 hours. Bigger things like full websites get broken into daily deliverables so you see progress every day.
How fast is turnaround?
Most requests (social graphics, ad sets, logo concepts, one landing-page section) are delivered in about 24 hours on business days. Larger projects are split into daily chunks. US time zones get same-day replies; UK and Australia get stuff waiting when they wake up.
What can I request?
Logos, brand identities, websites and landing pages (Figma, Webflow or Framer), social media graphics, ad creatives, pitch decks, packaging, email templates, mockups, merch, icons and illustrations. If it lives on a screen or a box, ask.
What can't I request?
3D animation, long-form video editing, complex front-end coding, and your kid’s science project (okay, maybe the poster). If something is outside my lane, I’ll tell you straight up before you waste a day.
What if I don't like the design?
Then we revise it until you do. Revisions are unlimited. I’ll whimper internally, but externally I’ll be a delight. Most clients land on a winner within one or two rounds.
Ownership & everything else
Who owns the designs?
You do. Everything delivered is 100% yours, including source files, with full commercial rights. I just ask nicely if I can show it in my portfolio, and you can say no.
Do you work with clients outside the USA?
Absolutely. Most clients are in the US, with plenty in Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. Billing is in USD and everything happens async, so time zones barely matter.
Which tools do you design in?
Figma for web, UI and most brand work, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for print and packaging, plus Webflow and Framer for website builds. Decks in Google Slides, Keynote, PowerPoint or Pitch.
How do I submit requests?
Through a private request board. Add a card per request, attach files and examples, and drag cards into priority order. Your whole team can be invited.
Didn’t find your question?
Email [email protected]. I reply within one business day, usually faster, often with a joke.
