Terms of Service

1. The service

DesignSlave provides graphic design services on a monthly subscription basis. Subscribers may submit unlimited design requests, which are completed one at a time in priority order, with unlimited revisions.

2. Billing

The subscription is billed at $500 USD per 31-day billing cycle via Stripe, starting on the day you subscribe. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

3. Pausing

You may pause your subscription at any time. Unused days in your current billing cycle are banked and become available when you resume. Paused days can be used within 12 months.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from your billing portal or by emailing [email protected]. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. See our refund policy.

5. Turnaround

Most requests are delivered within about 24–48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Larger requests are delivered in stages. Turnaround times are typical estimates, not guarantees.

6. Ownership

Upon payment, you own all final deliverables and source files created for you, including full commercial rights. Third-party assets (such as licensed fonts or stock imagery) remain subject to their own licenses. DesignSlave may display work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Fair use & scope

The subscription covers graphic, brand, web and presentation design. It does not include video production, 3D animation, complex software development or content that is illegal, hateful or infringes others’ rights. We may decline any request that falls outside scope.

8. Client responsibilities

You confirm you have the rights to any materials you provide, and you’re responsible for reviewing final designs (including trademarks and legal claims) before use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignSlave’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before a claim arose.
